My service rep Jordan was very kind and informative. Surprising was the cost of the 15000 mile checkup. I was not aware of the fee till Jordan told me. In my fixed income these fees are difficult for me. I usually have to save up for these expenses. Luckily I had some savings. Now I will save for the next. I think when you buy the car these future charges should be disclosed. And for that price with the wash they should vacuum and do the windows. More
