Great Customer Service!!! I had a “Great” experience with “Centennial Hyundai” and I have a reason for that! Before I went to Hyundai which is on Sahara. It was very bad exper I had a “Great” experience with “Centennial Hyundai” and I have a reason for that! Before I went to Hyundai which is on Sahara. It was very bad experience due to they don’t listen to you and what you want, the salesperson who was working with me was arrogant and not willing to help you. I had only one feeling in that moment just go away as quickly as possible! But with ”Centennial Hyundai” I had a very Positive experience. They listened to me without any ‘interruptions’ and sales ‘pushings’. They were willing to help and satisfy my needs regarding my car requirements and wantings! Especially I liked the guy Mel Balane, he was my salesperson. Who was very ‘Attentive’, ‘Tactful’ and ‘Proffesional Salesperson’, who can ‘listen to you and doing his Best’! Thank you Mel and Thank you Centenial Hyundai for doing Great Job!!! More

Awesome as usual except for one detail Top notch care and focus. My only complaint is the car wash service. I've had my vehicle serviced two weeks apart and had it washed both times only Top notch care and focus. My only complaint is the car wash service. My wife was waiting for valet to bring the car around. She hopped in and drove the car home and told me about them missing the spot again. I told her that was something Jordan needed to know as he is pretty good about taking care of attention to detail. More

Service Appointment Very grateful for Bryan Zasloff's help. I'd had a problem with the car for quite a while that had not yet been fixed. When I came in for an oil change Very grateful for Bryan Zasloff's help. I'd had a problem with the car for quite a while that had not yet been fixed. When I came in for an oil change, I thought I might as well bring it up again and try to get it addressed. Bryan was respectful, took it seriously and helped get it taken care of. Fingers crossed that I don't have more issues like it. Time will tell. In the meantime, I'm grateful that Bryan is still there. I did have another thing that needed service, which I was informed of, but I didnt feel pressured. He did his best to try to accomdate me and my schedule, and make things as painless as possible.
