Our service adviser Bryan was his usual efficient and happy self, but the whole desk of service writers was quite chaotic, and it seems like you could use a few extra people at peak hours to handle the customers in a timely fashion--I waited a fairly long time to be acknowledged before I could be served, which was not the usual way I have experienced in the past. On another note, your communications to us, either email, web, or snail mail keep coming addressed to our trust names-- and we really would prefer to have our real names or nicknames used, if that can be done?
