Yes. This was unnecessary and that’s not how you do business. I would have been fired if I treated anyone like that ,where I work. The customer is always right we calm them and address there concerns. Cause ultimately they pay our paycheck. No customer no business. Period! I’m not saying jump over hoops for people. But when I had already had two bad experiences with Henry you would have thought the person who is above him would have resolved the issue and got the customer taken care of not kicked out like I did something wrong.

My daughter took her car in to get serviced due to getting a oil change and the service rep where we got the car Ford said you must go to Hyundai and get these items fixed. We did gave the info to Henry and had previously delt with Henry two months prior so. It should be in the system from my last visit? The info behind my car not what brought us in that day. Henry stated that he would need to see if items are under warranty he was waiting Allegedly for the insurance info but again two months prior we had already given the insurance info behind the car nothing has changed other than what needed to be fixed. But anyway we waited all day then we called him to check status 6hours later he said waiting on to see if the items were covered. So I Got off the phone with him call the warranty people they answered right away they stated that they have not gotten any call about any piece for my car

So I then called Hyundai back spoke with Henry he started making excuses that he just got the info 20 minutes ago and have not had the chance to call warranty company but I did it in 1 minute. I then asked to speak to a manager over him Brian and he through me out cause I called Henry lazy. Instead of listening to why I’m saying this and Without researching that this has happened to me two months prior same thing him not doing his job in a timely fashion seven hours is enough time for you to call the warranty company. Period.

We are trusting people with our Assets which is our cars that we pay for that we pay warranties for and we expect when we bring your car to an establishment like Centennial Hyundai for it to be a little bit more professionalism regardless if I said he was lazy or not.Period Thank you

If Assistant Service Manager had done any research and called me, it would have been a point in their favor, but no, I have to call him. So I did, but the number went to the Service Manager's voicemail that I had already dealt with. I called at 8am on Friday and left a VM that I was responding to the review response request, and again NO CALL BACK. That is their MO. Buyer beware!
