We recently went to Centennial Hyundai to purchase a 2023 Sonata. We were introduced to our salesperson, Brenda Ayala, who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to our ne Sonata. We were introduced to our salesperson, Brenda Ayala, who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to our needs and wants. She was patient and answered all of our questions, and she never pressured us into making a purchase. Buying a new car can be a daunting process. Brenda was extremely helpful in guiding us on negotiating for a great price. She took the time to explain each aspect of the initial offer and in crafting our counter offer. She stayed with us in every step of the process. She explained everything in the proposal and made sure we understood each line item in the final offer before we accepted. And when all the paperwork was done she took the time to be sure we were familiar with all of the features and tech items in the car, even assisting us in setting up some of the features before we drove off the lot. It makes a world of difference when the salesperson works as an advocate for the customer, seeing that the customer gets what the customer wants. This is our fourth Hyundai. We have been customers at Centennial Hyundai for nearly eight years and are very happy with the consistent level of quality service, both by the sales staff when making a purchase and that of the service department in making sure our car is in perfect condition. It makes a difference when you feel confident that the dealer is treating you fairly when selling the car, and then looking out for your best interest when maintaining the service of the car. Centennial Hyundai is a top notch dealer on both counts and we highly recommend Brenda Ayala to anyone looking for a new car. She is a great salesperson who is knowledgeable, helpful, and the perfect customer advocate. We would not hesitate to do business with her again, just as we will continue to go to Centennial Hyundai to keep our Sonata in top shape. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 the very best, Centennial Hyundai and Brenda Ayala, get a 10+. More

with the price of everything going up these days we have to put up with cheating now, had my wife take my 2007 Hyundai Tucson for oil change and tire rotation , she brought the car home and I noticed they to put up with cheating now, had my wife take my 2007 Hyundai Tucson for oil change and tire rotation , she brought the car home and I noticed they didn't rotate the tires because the last time they supossibly rotated the tires they left one of the valve stem caps off so I put a different one on and the one I put wasn't even moved from the position it was in the first place , now they changed me $30.00 for rotating the tires but never did ,now how do I know if even they changed the oil and filter, I will never buy another car or have service on my car done at Centennial Hyundai again after talking to the service manager and he couldn't help said he would have the manager call but no call from the manager, so be careful where you take your car for service, very disappointed with Centennial Hyundai, baloney like this can put a auto dealership out of business for sure More
You can do so much better! I spent an unnecessarily LONG day in this dealership. For over 20,000 they presented me with my new-used car.. after dark. I live well over 70 miles I spent an unnecessarily LONG day in this dealership. For over 20,000 they presented me with my new-used car.. after dark. I live well over 70 miles from this dealership. My car didn’t even make it home before it started making an odd sound emanating from the driver side front wheel. Supposedly they had just put brand new tires on and done a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. Or did they lie? Their detailing job truly lackluster when I could see it in the light of day. When I called the dealership, they said it didn’t sound like a big deal. I should drive the vehicle back in. I insisted on a tow. Good thing I did because the sound was because the front Lugnuts on the driver side tire were never tightened! One of the lugs got sheared off and I was able to remove another lug nut with my fingers. Thankfully because I didn’t take their advice the car was towed safely back to their facility and they did tighten the tire and replace the one stripped out lug nut. Because I showed them there were still dog hair in this vehicle after they “detailed” it, they re-detailed it. When it arrives back home, I open the hood so I could check the oil. Imagine my surprise when the hood smacked me on the head! I called the dealership and said that my hood has two hydraulic lifters on it and apparently neither of them lift. Cliff told me that he would check with the service department and get me a price to have that fixed. So be aware people they may be doing 100 point inspection on your car, but that doesn’t mean they’re fixing one thing! I now have a $20,000 car that I can’t check the oil on because I don’t have three hands! not my idea of a good way to do business, so all I can do is leave a review that I hope saves you the same heartache, expense and possibly loss of life that I got from this dealership. There’s cutting corners and then there’s too dangerous to cut corners ! They’ve shown me they don’t know the difference More

Initially I had no intention of buying my Santa Cruz from Centennial Hyundai because of the unprofessional experience I had with a salesman there a few months ago, but car shopping with a friend led to meeti Centennial Hyundai because of the unprofessional experience I had with a salesman there a few months ago, but car shopping with a friend led to meeting Amanda Impastato. Amanda is competent, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Anyone interested in buying a car new or used Hyundai or anything else will be doing themselves a great service if you allow Amanda to help you get the car you want. I do hope Centennial Hyundai appreciates what an asset they have in Amanda and will see to it she is properly recognized. More
One day, my car acts odd and is leaking fluid. Take it to this dealership. They inform me the Transmission Drain plug has fallen out of the transmission and all of the fluid has leaked out. As Take it to this dealership. They inform me the Transmission Drain plug has fallen out of the transmission and all of the fluid has leaked out. As only this dealership and whoever built the vehicle have touched the transmission, I ask them to explain how such a n event could occur. They have no explanation. They put it back in, filled it up, charge me of course, and I hoped for the best. This took about a week. Less than 20 miles later, it is not shifting or accelerating correctly. There is a LOUD Clunk and the check engine light comes on. I call first thing on Monday morning. Wait on hold for awhile and get disconnected. Call back and leave a voice mail. A few days later, since I did not get a call back, I call again. Leave a voice mail. Call back after 2 more days of not hearing from them. Ask for a manager, leave a voice mail. Get a call back from someone else. It was not a pleasant conversation, but the service manager said I would have details Saturday or Monday. Have my car towed there. Wait. and wait. and wait. On Wednesday I call back, as it has been several days, the expectation the Service Manager set was NOT fulfilled and I am upset. Leave ANOTHER voice mail. Get a call back from someone else, tells me that Hyundai won't repair it under warranty and since I cannot PROVE that this service center was at fault, although and again, NO ONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED THE TRANSMISSION, I am responsible for replacing the transmission. They don't even give me a quote. They still cannot explain HOW the transmission drain plug fell out of the transmission. (I had even called a few other mechanics and transmission shops to see how this could happen and they all said manufacturers defect or service error.) It took ANOTHER 6 days of calling and texting trying to get a hold of someone to give me more details, and then finally I have up and just arranged for a tow truck to pick up my car. They did not even clean their service protectors out of it. Left one of the interior panels open with the door on the passenger seat. The way they dodged my calls and texts really implies some guilt IMO, but of course they won't admit to anything, or even meet a long time customer halfway. Nope, just a big old nothing. This experience has changed me from a long time loyal customer to someone who actively encourages people to buy another brand, and go elsewhere! A few calls backs, a few text responses would have made a huge difference, but far to late now. More
Someone in the service department used my 8k complimentary oil change in January when I was only at 3k miles. What sense does that make. I was not asked or anything. They just used it. Therefore complimentary oil change in January when I was only at 3k miles. What sense does that make. I was not asked or anything. They just used it. Therefore, for my 7k oil change I had to pay out of pocket. What kind of company does this. I’m not even at 8k miles in AUGUST. 7 months later. I have called multiple times and I always get sent to voicemail. For every manager. How does NO manager answer the phone? No one had called me back. I don’t think they will since they messed up this bad. Completely unprofessional listen to the other reviews. More
