In the end we chose the Tuscon. Not only because I am a Hyundai guy, but Centennial had great deals with their summer clearance event going on. 0% for 72 months on Tuscons and Sante fe, can't beat that. From the moment we arrived we weren't bombarded with salesmen, we were given space. Shortly after looking at one of the Tuscons up front we were approached by Roy. Who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Long time experience in the business and very professional. Roy took good care of us, and gave us the time we needed to go through the models and options we were interested in. Took us for a test drive and never felt pressured. In the end Roy helped us get into the car we were looking for. Big thanks to Roy, and even Ash, who came over to help make a deal that worked for us. Gilbert in finance was a real nice guy too. Rick Walker is the Customer Relations Manager there and he performed our walkthrough to inform/teach us about the features of my new car. He also provided excellent service spending over an hour review the product features of our vehicle and provided many tips regarding the car. NOTE regarding rating of overall dealership - I have gone to this dealership for the 3 years I've lived her for my Tuscon that I traded in. Their service department provides excellent service. More

I’m a Fan The latch lock on my Tuscan broke. I never dreamed that bumper-to-bumper meant bumper-to-bumper. I called to find out the cost and was connected to The latch lock on my Tuscan broke. I never dreamed that bumper-to-bumper meant bumper-to-bumper. I called to find out the cost and was connected to Becky who informed me it was under warranty. Seriously? A door latch was under warranty? I made an appointment. Becky took me the minute I walked in the door and took control of the process and had me out the door in the time estimated with no charge.
