Five Stars; High Five; Hands Down Awesome Customer Service. Jumped through hoops trying to get me qualified on my own. Gotta "Look like money" to get approached On several occasions I have went to the car lot looking to trade in my car for another Hyundai and NOT ONE PERSON APPROACHED ME! I wear heels Monday - On several occasions I have went to the car lot looking to trade in my car for another Hyundai and NOT ONE PERSON APPROACHED ME! I wear heels Monday - Friday so on the weekends I like to dress down, but apparently at Centennial Hyundai that means you're broke and unapproachable . Two times the same week I walked the lot for 15 minutes looking inside vehicles and even walking into the showroom and NOBODY spoke to me, not one person. I had to approach the only saleswomen, who herself, wasn't dressed for the job. More
Beware if you purchase GAP insurance from them! BEWARE if you purchased a vehicle from them with GAP insurance coverage. My new Hyundai was totaled on 5/20/2019 and as of today 9/17/2019 the GAP ins BEWARE if you purchased a vehicle from them with GAP insurance coverage. My new Hyundai was totaled on 5/20/2019 and as of today 9/17/2019 the GAP insurance is still not settled. Latest update is I will be stuck with $1543.56 to settle my loan. My primary insurance was very quick to settle, but National Motor Club LLC , GAP insurer who was happy to take $850 for GAP insurance coverage is still refusing to cover their portion after almost 4 months. This has affected my credit score and dealership has done nothing but make promises that they will resolve the issue. GAP insurance sound great, Until you need to use it, If this dealership sells you a GAP policy, Hope that you never have to use it !!! More
