Bought a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan end of October 23. Got my first bill with $200 more payment a month. Finance manager added a platinum warranty and oil changes for life. They handed my a Zip drive never got any paperwork the finance guy had me sign pad with nothing on it. I trusted him told him I didn’t want to add anything wanted my payment to not change. Now I’m trying to cancel $6725 in fees no one will take my calls. Finance and GM have not called me to say no problem we r sorry. I’m 62 years old and was scammed. Can anyone help me? More
Unethical, no Integrity, will lie to your face. They sold me a used vehicle without telling me the airbag had deployed. The resale of a car where the airbag has deployed drops over 60%. They brought a tech out claiming they owned the car previously without knowing they left the dealer paperwork in the car and I got it. I am now screwed because I am only getting $11k for a $21k car. This location is continuously giving me issues! They were outright rude and unprofessional. The advisor that Jon handed me off to, asked about having time today, and Jon shrugged and said no, Monday likely. After I started to explain that it just doesn't add up as to why the person on the phone never stated this, the Advisor I was given to (never introduced themselves) just removed my check in tag, put my keys to my chest, and that was their way of saying "ohwell." So thank you, not coming back to this location. More
