Buyer Beware! Bait and switch tactics. Smoke and mirrors financing. My wife and I found our car online - it was at their dealership. We already had financing thr Bait and switch tactics. Smoke and mirrors financing. My wife and I found our car online - it was at their dealership. We already had financing through our credit union at a lower rate of 1.99%. They made up some excuse that they couldn't use our credit union and after talking about the "100K warranty" like it was included at no charge and the highest interest rate they would charge would be 3.99%, they tried to add charges for 100K warranty and etched windows. I had them take the charges off, and basically it went south from there. They realized they weren't going to make that much off us. I honestly don't know who writes their good reviews! Mark and Aaron are snakes (finance) Russ may or may not have been in cahoots.. After a half-hearted attempt to talk to my credit union (and insulting them)they said I needed to sign a "back-up contract" at 6.99%! Revenge on me I guess for not buying their con and seeing through it. I wrote Hyundai corporate and I'm not done with these guys. I'm trying to warn off people from their sleazy tactics. Buyer beware! More
