Last month, my wife had a flat tire in her Veloster. The Veloster does not have a spare, just a pump. We had to have the car towed to Centennial Hyundai to have them check the tire. I had a extra tire for the vehicle so I put it in the hatch. The tire that I had, came off of my Veloster when I scraped the side of it and Corey at Centennial Hyundai said it was no good and dangerous. This happened approximately a year ago. I put that tire inside of my wifes hatch prior to the car being towed. The following day, Centennial called and said her tire had a nail in it and it was no good. I TOLD THEM 3 TIMES TO SAVE THE TIRE AS I WANTED TO INSPECT IT. After trying to sell me a tire for upwards of $225., I asked them if they noticed that there was a spare in the hatch and they could use it if it was safe and acceptable. They called me later in the afternoon and told me that there were no issues whatsoever with the spare and it had been mounted and balanced. I thanked them and told them that I would be there in a couple days to pick the car up since we were in Phoenix. Again, I reminded them to SAVE THE OLD TIRE. When I went to pickup the car, there was no tire in the back and Corey had no idea where it was. It was probably trashed as he stated. I was upset to say the least. I went to see Chance, the general manager. I talked to him about Corey in general. I have had multiple problems with this service guy. He told me previously that nothing was wrong with my radio and I need to reset it. I do this all the time and my ipod still doesn't work right and the numbers don't line up on the screen. But that will be for another review. Back to Chance.... first I explained about the tire. He apologized and agreed that the tire was probably thrown out. He promised to reimburse me for the tire as there was nothing wrong with it, since I paid over 200. to replace a tire that had nothing wrong with it. I then told him about the radio, and he told me that they would order another radio for me. Several weeks have passed. No calls, No check, No radio, Nothing! Previously, I have dealt with Skip and Dave Shakely and have had no problems. Skip is a standup guy and if there is an issue, he takes care of it. Unfortunately, they are no longer at the Centennial location. For future, I'll drive 20 miles away and go to Sahara. If either Veloster needs service, I will no longer go to the Centennial location. I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Rick Walker of Centennial Hyundai. At the time of my purchase my previous car was nearing the end and maintenance bills were adding up quickly. I went to Centennial Hyundai because they had a special lease program for the 2013 Sonata. I was only curious if I would qualify for a lease. Yet Rick Walker and the Hyundai team made me feel at home, answered all my questions about the 2013 Sonata and determined I was eligible for the special lease. Yet I was not ready to purchase the car, but Rick and the team helped me to get comfortable with the purchase decision and helped me to realize I was ready to lease a new car. Since that important decision I've learned that all the things Rick and the team told me are true about my new Sonata. I've had the car serviced twice for routine maintenance and the service team is very good/very attentive. With this review I can state that my decision to lease the 2013 Sonata was a good one thanks to the great team at Centennial Hyundai. Thank you to everyone there, especially Rick Walker who even today remains very concerned that I am happy with the 2013 Sonata. More

After visiting another dealer in the area,I went to Planet Hyundai Centennial. Tod was very professional, as I had already had my financing set up with capital one. He greeted me at the sales lot and we took a test drive in the exact car I wanted. Back at the dealer ship he worked with the sales managers and finance dept. to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade, and a MUCH better deal with financing. Even though I was honest with Tod during the test drive that ( I wanted this car but there would be a lot of obstacle's with credit and such) he was still very optimistic and treated me with the up most respect. The entire staff (Tod, Sales manager, and the financing guys) were great. I picked up my car the following morning and LOVE IT! More

My father and I came in to purchase 2 cars, The Veloster. Amin, right off the bat was energetic, friendly and very determined. I went in with a price that I knew I could afford and Amin and his team made it happen. My father, couldn't find a car he wanted. We knew he wanted to get a red car (this car was going to be a gift or my mom). There were NO red cars with the features he wanted on any of the lots. These cars were moving fast. But...they found one. On a truck being delivered in a couple of days. Well, my dad was ready and made the deal. His red Veloster came in the next day! My mom was so excited and Amin even came to my parents house to pick up the check for the car! I could not be happier with my new Vitamin C, Veloster. And my mom loves her car! I am 35 and have purchased 6 cars since I've been able to drive, and BY FAR this was the most pleasant experience I've had. Would I recommend Amin...YES!! And I already have. He is so friendly and works his tail off to get the customer the best possible deal for both parties. Amin even followed up with us to make sure we were doing good and if there was any more he could do. He is a very hard worker and you can see how he thrives to be the best at his job. There is no pushy salesmen tactics with Amin, just honest, hard work. Thanks Amin!! We are so happy!! More
