The finance man was very professional and did a great job explaining everything to me. What I really liked about my experience and the dealership was that all the employees acted like adults and not a bunch of "newbies" and no hooplah like some other dealerships. When we first arrived, we weren't "upped" by a bunch of salesmen running over to us. It was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Pleasantly Surprised I saw the car I wanted on line and filled out the online credit app. The Internet Sales Manager Florencio Rupley called me to let me know that my appl I saw the car I wanted on line and filled out the online credit app. The Internet Sales Manager Florencio Rupley called me to let me know that my application was approved and what my interest rate would more than likely be. I arrived on a Saturday about 10am Florencio Pulled the Elantra Coupe my wife and I were interested in up front for a test drive, when we got back I told him what type of payment monthly I wanted and by 12:30 we were driving off the lot with our Elantra.
