I purchased the SUV on 11/4/15. I finally got another SUV on 11/19/15. I was told I would be called back repeatedly but somehow it always ended up me calling our salesperson Nigel Daniels. The SUV I received was missing items we were told would be included. Most of our items finally got taken care of 12/3/15 after I repeatedly called the dealership over the parts. Very frustrating. Will not go through this again. More

Hyundai had the best car (Sonata) for the amount of money we had to spend on a lease. The car is getting great gas mileage and it's a comfortable ride. The employees at Centennial were by far the nicest and most polite out of the dealerships we went to. Keep up the good work! Thank you! More

Not completely satisfied. Not many people enjoy going through the car buying experience, but overall this was okay. My wife and I experienced a somewhat unprofessional conversational style when Rhett Butler seemed be frustrated with us asking more questions about the Lease he was explaining. I stated that I did not want a Lease right after he suggested it, as I did not want the mileage cap. His response was, quote, "when people respond so quickly like that, they don't understand the lease." My thought, "oh, so you're not listening to me." We asked him to explain the Lease in case there was something that we didn't know. He started explaining it as he scribble numbers down on a piece of paper. I'm sure he knew believed what he was saying was true, but from the outside known of it made sense. Too fast. Too much detail glossed over. My wife then asked a question, to which his response was, "I just told you..." Huh? Really? I stopped him in that moment and explained that he was not going to talk to my wife that way and we would be leaving. He did apologize for the situation, but I do not believe he knew why he was apologizing. If you are asking me to spend that much money in your busy, I expect a massive level of courtesy and respect. This did not happen in this transaction and both wife and I were seconds away from leaving. However, since we understand that it's just communication that needs to addressed, we wanted to keep it as professional as possible and work through it, but I didn't go out to buy a car and have to "work through" the experience. In this day and age, the old "Car Sales persona" has no place in the market. We were asked to give a 100% score on this survey, to which I agreed. However, the more I think about it the more I needed to express my side of the experience. I offer this information as form of learning and being able to change the face of Car Sales. I believe it's possible for this process to become an enjoyable and fun experience, but the industry has a very long way to as far as I'm concerned. More
