I have taken my 2019 Sonata to this dealership from the beginning. I have worked with Bryan Z and he always is professional. polite and pleasant to work with. As soon as my wife and I walked into this dealer to look at a car, we liked Steve Rachi right away. The experience was surprisingly positive. Much of that is due to my salesperson, Steve Rachi. The first word that comes to mind when I think of Steve is patience. He listened, asked insightful questions, and seemed to be more compassionate than any other car salesman I've dealt with. I was never made to feel rushed or ignorant. The finance person that I met with; Gilbert, was also a pleasure to deal with. I spent more money than I had intended, but that was my own choice, and I have no regrets. I will readily recommend Steve Rachi and Centennial Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
Bought a car from this dealership 4 months ago. After purchase, it took me 6 days to get the automobile. Kept giving me the runaround with excuses on why it was taking so long to get a part. I bought the car and it took 6 days. They made their sale. I was no longer a priority. It was a used Suburu WRX STI with 40,000 miles. I took the vehicle to Subaru 16 days ago because the AC was not blowing cold air. They came back with a bunch of things wrong with the car with an estimate just under $10,000. Contaminated oil, contaminated, coolant, contaminated brake fluid etc. Centennial Hyundai obviously didn’t do any basic maintenance to the car before selling it to me like they stated. The clutch was bad, the AC air compressor had it has a leak coming from the transmission rear main seal. I took the car back to Centennial Hyundai with the list of things wrong from Subaru. To make a longer story shorter, they had my car for two weeks and couldn’t remedy the AC cold air. They continually gave me excuses on why I wasn’t getting my car back. My favorite was that electric was down at the dealership so they couldn’t work on my car. They didn’t have a problem charging me $4500 though. I finally gave up after two weeks because of their incompetency. The communication at this place is absolutely horrible. Never got an apology. The service manager could’ve cared less when we sat in his office. He didn’t say a word. They wanted to keep my car another week. I had had enough. We figured the best thing to do was to talk to an attorney. Stay away from this place. There is a valid reason on why they have a ton of one star ratings. More
They replaced the engine 2yr ago and now it has failed AGAIN. I could have been in an accident. The car began shutting down and ticking and the mechanic told me that the motor was blown. There is no oil where I park. So where did the oil go? This needed to be repaired with no fault of my own, plus I had 200 miles before my next oil change. The car just startled and no power. Centennial Hyundai did not tell if the motor was new or just a replacement. When I went to recover my car from them, they just gave me my keys and did not give me any I formation on what repairs where done. They told me that indid not have to.pay anything and sign the paperwork. I feel that they were upset because I spoke with an I spector from DMV. I will contact them again. A motor should last at least 5 yrs. More

I was looking for cars online, I put my info in a site and said dealerships could contact me. These guys called me 2-5 times every day. They called, I didn't recognize the number, so I rejected it. Then they called AGAIN, I was concerned that maybe my 80 year old mom was hurt or something, so I answered. To say I was upset that it was a salesman, is putting it lightly! Harassing people is not a great way to get customers. More
Bought a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan end of October 23. Got my first bill with $200 more payment a month. Finance manager added a platinum warranty and oil changes for life. One I trade my cars every 3 year and travel can’t do oil changes at that dealer when I live 5 states away for work. They handed my a Zip drive never got any paperwork the finance guy had me sign pad with nothing on it. I trusted him told him I didn’t want to add anything wanted my payment to not change. Now I’m trying to cancel $6725 in fees no one will take my calls. Finance and GM have not called me to say no problem we r sorry. I’m 62 years old and was scammed. Can anyone help me? More

They brought a tech out claiming they owned the car previously without knowing they left the dealer paperwork in the car and I got it. I am now screwed because I am only getting $11k for a $21k car.
