I told the service tech what I wanted when I arrived, he waited till after I agreeded to let them examine the car for the fee that they don't fix just that broken part but replace whole system instead, even though the part of the system they where going to replace was working just fine. $180 repair goes to $420... Parts Dept not customer friendly employee answered phone w/o giving his name. requested gas cap for 04 Pontiac Grand Prix..gave me a price without asking for vin or engine size. when employee answered phone w/o giving his name. requested gas cap for 04 Pontiac Grand Prix..gave me a price without asking for vin or engine size. when I asked if this was an original GM part, he said he only sells GM parts. I asked for the part number and he said he does not give out part numbers. only called this dealership due to location. Another dealership provided me with the part # and quote # and he asked for the last 8 vin #'s to insure the part was correct. Guess where I am going. Plus the part was $1.00 less. Win Win - My dogs get a ride across town and I do business with a friendly parts dept. This was a call in on 11/3/2016 @ 1:47pm for the Parts Department More

Scra GM is by far the worst vehicle brand I ever owned. Several issues with my BRAND NEW GMC Sierra that they won't fix because quote "that's normal". Scratched brake discs at 5 thousand miles, constant jerking when accelerating, loss of power, loud humming at freeway speeds....and that's normal?!?!?!?! I have now replaced all 4 discs and pads at my expense ($650 for heavy duty brakes). Customer service AFTER you buy a vehicle is absolute Sh!#.... More
Avoid this dealership I got a referral to this dealership through the Costco auto buying program. The first guy that called me told me what the Costco discount is on the Ca I got a referral to this dealership through the Costco auto buying program. The first guy that called me told me what the Costco discount is on the Canyon. He told me there is a 2015 Sierra on special that would be cheaper. I asked him what the total price would be out the door. He said he would call me back, and he never bothered to. I saw the Sierra on their website, and if that was a better deal then the canyon, they would have sold it. I waited a day and called the dealership back and asked for a sales supervisor, of course all were "tied up" and a "top salesman" was going to help me. I told him exactly what I was looking for, the 2015 sierra on their website and I wanted to know the out the door price win the Costco incentive. He said he would call back, which he did and tried upwelling me on the "best deal" they had on a different sierra. I told him that is not the one I was looking at, and he said this is the most affordable truck they have. I told him I am not looking for advice on what is the most affordable that I am only interested in the one. He kept talking over me so I told him have a good day and hung up on him. They are trying to upsell to something that costs over 8k more. I will be reporting them to the Costco program, they are scammers. More

She wante My daughter bought a used hummer for $15,000 from Mazda gmc on Centennial a month ago. It was a nightmare as soon as they got her signature. She wanted To have my mechanic look at it before signing but they assured her they inspected it and it was in perfect working order. As she left with it the engine light came on. She took it to my mechanic who informed her of a misfire and she needed to take it back because it would be covered under warranty. The dealership held onto it and gave her no information for over three weeks until the check for financing cleared. Then they told her it wasn't covered and wanted $5,500 to fix it. She doesn't have that kind of money she just graduated. They wanted $800 to release the vehicle to her all in pieces. The warranty company stated it wasn't covered because it was "pre existing". After a long fight They waived the $800 in lue of her signing a no fault statement. She gave in and signed it. They were suppose to have it towed to my mechanic for repairs but instead they blocked the vehicle in the lot and it took the tow truck two hrs to get to it and they also unhooked all the hoses so all the fluids flooded the lot. Which the driver is required to clean up. Then they refused to pay the tow bill they promised to pay. If your looking to buy a vehicle stay away from this lot. Buyer Beware. Worst lot I've ever dealt with More
Please do not have your car serviced here If you want to keep your vehicle in good condition, do not have it serviced here!!! They do not know what they are doing. On 3/9/16, I took my 2011 Yukon Denali in for an oil change. It had 74,633 miles on it and ran beautifully. On 3/17/16, 8 days later, I heard a terrible grinding, clicking, tapping noise coming from my engine. I pulled over and was assisted by someone who told me it sounded like my lifters were bad due to an insufficient amount of oil. He checked the oil and it was low and DIRTY. EIGHT DAYS AFTER IT WAS SERVICED!!!!! The #1 reason lifters go bad is because of dirty oil deposits and/or inappropriate viscosity of oil used. Basically that part of the engine is not being sufficiently lubricated. I purchased my vehicle new in St. George in 12/2010, and ALL of my oil changes have been performed by this service department. They have confirmed that my lifters are bad. They have also confirmed that my truck was low a quart of oil and that the oil was dirty, yet they do not believe that they are responsible for my lifters going bad. I question how my lifters went bad if the service department was performing PROPER oil changes, i.e. using the right viscosity of oil, using enough oil, and changing the oil filter. It would stand to reason that after 8 days, driving 248 miles, that the oil from the recent oil change would be in the condition required to keep my engine sufficiently lubricated. So, I am looking at thousands of dollars to have my vehicle fixed. I am being told by the service department that my oil changes weren't frequent enough and that is why my lifters went bad. My service records indicate that I have my oil changed every 6,000-7,500 miles. I have NEVER had any of the service techs recommend that I come in more frequently. As a matter of fact, I was told by their service department that because my vehicle uses synthetic oil, that I could come in less frequently!!! Trust me! If they would have recommended that I come in at every 5,000 miles (which is what they are NOW suggesting) to mitigate the chance of having my lifters go bad I would have done it! Based on the condition of my oil after 8 days of use, I am CONFIDENT that they DO NOT change the oil filter every visit, nor do they supply the 6 quarts of oil that my vehicle requires, and I am not so sure they use the appropriate viscosity of oil either, what I AM SURE OF IS THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR, AND HAVE PAID FOR A PROPER OIL CHANGE...and now I AM PAYING THE PRICE FOR THEIR INCOMPETENT AND FRAUDULENT TACTICS!!! The service manager Clayton Nelson, is also very rude and clueless!!! This is my second Denali. I have been a customer at this dealer for over 10 years! More

After One of my GM vehicles was recalled over the faulty ignition issue. Basically, the keys, which needed to be special ordered, had to be replaced. After making a phone call and explaining to the circus write-up tech that I needed to bring the car in for the warranty work, an appointment was made. Upon arrival, I was informed that the work couldn't be done because the keys had to be special ordered. I just love to have my time wasted. After several weeks of receiving no notice, I called the dealership. Amazingly, the keys had arrived just that day! After setting another appointment, I took the car, along with the keys, back to the dealer only to find, after waiting around for 30 minutes, that the wrong keys had been sent. After another go-around, a third visit resulted in further frustration when the tech reported one of the keys arrived broken. It gets deeper. Eventually, I drove to the dealership to speak to the General Manager. I wound up talking to someone identifying himself as the owner. The problem was finally fixed. For my troubles, the owner offered a $100.00 discount on future service work. Knowing how things can work, I immediately assumed whatever future work was done to either of my vehicles would be overcharged by that amount. Shortly after getting things straightened out with the one vehicle, I took my other vehicle in for replacement of the front brake pads. (The vehicle has approx. 63,000 miles on it.) I was told the thing not only needed new pads in front but also needed new rotors, with the mechanic stating the rotors were worn out and resurfacing them would result in the rotors being "below specs". Oh, and the vehicle also supposedly needed new brake shoes and brake drums on the rear wheels, with the total for the work exceeding $600. I guess maybe I have "STUPID" tattooed on my forehead in some sort of ink only Centennial Buick/GMC employees can see. It cost me $60 of my $100 "discount" to get my vehicle back. After opining they were nuttier than a squirrel turd, I stated that I would seek a second opinion. Subsequent work resulted in the front brake pads and rotors being replaced. The wear on the rear brake shoes and drums was fine and not in need of attention. The funny thing is, the front brake rotors had more than enough thickness that they could have been resurfaced. They were replaced due to cracking from being overheated. I was shown the original rotors and could see the problem. The work was done for about half of what the dealership circus department wanted. If Centennial Buick/GMC was the only place in town where I could get automotive service, I'd take my vehicles to St. George! I gave them a one-star rating because there was no rating lower. They are worse than poor! More
This is the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. I bought a car on a Saturday and couldn't even drive it because the battery was dead. They promised to replace the battery and instead they just charged it for a couple hours. I had to speak to the GM (who made me wait 15 minutes to talk to him because he needed to check his e-mails first) but thankfully he did okay for their maintenance department to replace it. I finally got my car around 5:00 pm Monday evening. The next issue I had was with Centennial GMC was their Finance Department not fulfilling their promise that our deal or the Green Slip would be ready when they promised. When I called and spoke the woman who takes care of the Green Slip she said she would look into it and call me back. I never got a call back and when I called to speak with her she had left for the day. My overall experience with this dealerships customer service is the worst ever and I have bought 8 cars from different dealerships an I've never ran into any of these problems. If I owned that dealership I would replace everyone in the sales department starting from the GM down. Please I beg you never go and buy a vehicle from this dealership. More
