I went to this dealership with $14,000 CASH IN HAND to buy a used car. I saw a nice used car priced at $12,999. The car was a 2010 and in great shape. They wanted me to pay almost $2,000 extra (not for ta buy a used car. I saw a nice used car priced at $12,999. The car was a 2010 and in great shape. They wanted me to pay almost $2,000 extra (not for taxes but) for "restoration fees", "documentation fees", "destination fees" etc. This dealership will try to xxxx with with numerous added unecessary fees. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I was told they would let it go for $14,600 "out the door". I said no thank you and left. The next day I called and said I would be willing to pay $14,000 out the door. This is basically the price they advertised plus sales tax (you don't have to pay sales tax if you buy from an individual by the way). They then went on to tell me how they just checked the internet and realized they were offering the lowest price than anyone for this make/model "within a 100 mile radius". The car that was listed for $12,999 would now cost me $15,736 "out the door" (a $1,100 increase from their original offer a day before because they checked the internet after making me an offer). I'm sorry, but this is very unethical and extremtly unprofessional. The GM told me "everyone charges fees - your ATM even charges fees". I told him I won't use ATM's that charge fees. What a joke this place is! I've warned 10+ of my friends of this place, one of which is in the market for a NEW car. This dealership will be out of business by the end of the year. All they have to do is look down the street and see what happens to unethical/unprofessional dealerships. You've been warned... More
I bought a new GMC Sierra. When I took the truck home I relaized I didnt have the wire for the traliering package. I called my salesman and customer service a few times and they said to stop in to pick th relaized I didnt have the wire for the traliering package. I called my salesman and customer service a few times and they said to stop in to pick them up. I stopped in 3 times, and every time they told me to come back on another day. I also needed to have a bedliner installed. I came at my scheduled time on a Ssaturday morning. After 4 hours of waiting, they tell me they have the wrong liner in stock! Lots of excuses and apologies, but nothing worthwhile (free oil change, other compensation, etc). Do not use this dealership! More
