They were patient and thorough and didn't try to nickle-and-dime me knowing that it was my first time (which I think most places would). I have no patience for multiple trips to ask "daddy" permission to sell me a car, pretending they are in a life struggle in my interest to fight the price down, or hiding my current car after a trade in evaluation drive so I can't leave. Terry employs none of this silliness. Terry is knowledgeable about his products and quickly researches questions if he does not know the answer. He is aware of what price he must have for the vehicle without playing games which insult me and my time. More
