He did not pressure us, which was exactly how we needed to be treated in order to have a good experience. We only intended to drive an Avalon and a RAV-4 to determine if either would satisfy our needs. The result of our visit was that we became interested in purchasing the RAV-4 that we drove. We ended up purchasing it the next day. Aspen took time, even though he had another customer waiting, to make sure that we understood the RAV-4's controls before we left the dealership. We felt Aspen did a very good job. He was comfortable sharing information about the cars and did an excellent job of dealing with us. More
