Will never shop at any other dealership again I grew up in a family with a long history in the car business. I have never in my life experienced such amazing, quick, honest, no-hassle customer ser I grew up in a family with a long history in the car business. I have never in my life experienced such amazing, quick, honest, no-hassle customer service and buying experience in my life. It was actually fun. I felt respected and like I was dealing with an honest friend throughout the whole buying process. Experience When you walk in the repair area, there are 4 desks with men behind them. When you go in, no one greeds you or even acts like they know you are there When you walk in the repair area, there are 4 desks with men behind them. When you go in, no one greeds you or even acts like they know you are there. When they do acknowledge you, they treat women like they don't know anything. They are rude. There was not any coolant in my radiator. They fixed the leak and put fluid in. A month later, the coolant was gone again. They said that happens sometime because air gets into it. Why didn't they tell me to check it a couple of days later to see if it had gotten filled???? When the vehicle is done, they tell you the car is out in the lot somewhere. After walking around for 10 minutes and not being able to find my car, I had to ask them where they parked it. They told me to use my key fob to locate it. More

Amazing experience and felt welcomed !!! I went to Cedar Rapids Toyota to buy a Tacoma. I had done a bit research and identified the models I was planning to test drive. Alan Makabi showed me I went to Cedar Rapids Toyota to buy a Tacoma. I had done a bit research and identified the models I was planning to test drive. Alan Makabi showed me the models and explained the differences between models and options very patiently. He was amazingly helpful. Once I decided the model I want to purchase. He teamed up with Terry Helgson worked out price and trade of old car. Terry was referred to me by a colleague who brought Tacoma early 2017. He was very helpful on price options and explained with a breakdown. Wendy helped me with finance options and explained every option very patiently and I loved her Docu-pad. The whole team was amazing and had very welcoming experience. We already have Toyota Highlander and we were very satisfied with its performance and quality. Highlander was the reason to go back for another Toyota and Team in Cedar Rapids become another best reason for going back in future :) More

Bought Used Car I went to Cedar Rapids Toyota with only a vague idea that I was interested in an Avalon, Camry or Corrolla. Steve Almendinger quickly recognized the I went to Cedar Rapids Toyota with only a vague idea that I was interested in an Avalon, Camry or Corrolla. Steve Almendinger quickly recognized the Camry best met what I was looking for. He then very patiently guided me through choosing between the LE SE and XLE. He was able to quickly explain the differences between the three and how each car related to what I was looking for. Steve was extremely patient as I test drove four different vehicles and helped guide me toward what I was looking for without beinhg the least bit pushy. He clearly is eager to please. More
