When it was time to replace my Corolla I was hoping to find what I want at a good price here in Cedar Rapids. Chuck James was so laid back and easy to work with. After test driving a Prius I knew it was the car I wanted. We sat down and talked numbers and I was able to get the Prius at a great price! Wendy was fun to talk to as we did the paperwork and Chuck very patiently walked me through how to use the new features of my Prius. (My Corolla was an ‘04 so technology has changed quite a bit! lol). I’m LOVING my new car. I highly recommend Cedar Rapids Toyota, Chuck, Wendy and the entire service department! They helped us order exactly the vehicle we needed, a 2018 Camry hybrid, with optional extra safety features of the blind spot monitor & rear cross tr They helped us order exactly the vehicle we needed, a 2018 Camry hybrid, with optional extra safety features of the blind spot monitor & rear cross traffic monitor. My only quarrel would be with the Toyota factory in that we couldn't get just the options we wanted. The factory added a couple more options at about $2,000 additional price before they would build it. On the other hand, since the dealership did not have exactly what we wanted on their lot they offered and sold us the vehicle at their cost, about $2,000 below the Manufacturer's suggested retail price for the Camry as equipped. We're very much enjoying our new Camry and it's mileage of close to 50 miles per gallon. More
