Thank You Steve Strauss. I had an unbelievable experience with Steve and the team at Cedar Rapids Toyota. I originally contacted Steve at CR Toyota inquiring about special deals for 2013 Toyota experience with Steve and the team at Cedar Rapids Toyota. I originally contacted Steve at CR Toyota inquiring about special deals for 2013 Toyota Highlander, but after a brief discussion regarding their inventory it was apparent they didn’t have the specific model I was looking for due to being late in the season. We chatted a bit about a used 2011 Highlander that I had seen on the web. The car I was referring too had just come in into the dealership so he didn’t have enough info about the options I was looking for. We talked for a bit about the exact specs in the Highlander. A day later he called me back and told me that the car I was inquiring about meets the exact specs I was looking for. We talked a bit about price and the possibility of including a trade in value on my old F150. Once we agreed on a price it was just a matter of figuring a fair price for my trade in. My dilemma was that the dealership was 4 1/2 hours away as I lived in Minnesota and dealership was based in Iowa. I was reluctant to drive that distance and find out the trade in value did not meet what I was looking for. I decided to drive and take the risk after reading review on the dealership and there excellent rating regarding their customer. I have to tell you that all those review did not disappoint I was promptly greeted by the team when I arrived at the dealership. They asked who I am here to see and I said Steve Kraus. The customer service automatically new who I was and I was driving long distance to see this Highlander. After brief meeting we went for a test drive and the car was immaculate. We came back after the test drive talked numbers and I was given a very fair price for my trade in. 2 hours later, we riding our 2011 Toyota Highlander back to Minnesota. My experience dealing with Steve was superb. As a matter of fact the entire team was super nice. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the team at CR Toyota. I would recommend you dealership to all my friends. Your dealership will be my next choice to a buy a car from in the future. Sincerely, Sam Saman More

I have dealt with pushy/ less-than-candid service providers, even at this dealership, but Steve is a departure from that. I would recommend anyone looking to service their vehicle at CR Toyota seek out Steve. You will be grateful for it. More

After the service I drove the car home and noted it is very quiet and smooth just like performance as new. My 2004 Prius was purchased new at this dealership. The repairs required are minimal. I also had the wheel bearings front replaced. I think the Prius line of cars causes a problem for Toyota. The cars last a long time which saves the customer money. On the other hand if the customer keeps the car for 500,000 miles then the sales department loses income. The service department doesn't make much money either if problems are rare. I have never driven a car this distance. I have not had service on the CV joints, engine or hybrid battery. The engine uses a quart in 3000 miles but performs apparently just like new. More

I enjoy the extended hours you all have avail. I really appreciate that you use the coupon rate with out me having to bring in the coupon (ex., forgot it at home) without me asking for it.
