Ruth- 1) Refreshments in the AM: We do offer complimentary treats for our customers. Monday thru Friday we have cookies and a couple different kinds of pie. (Plus popcorn) If they were not out, then I must assume you were here on a Saturday or the company we use to supply our refreshments did not make the 8:00 AM deadline? The fridge on the showroom floor houses complimentary sodas. I can show you where we offer you that service. 2) Waiting room cramped and dirty compared to other dealer: I am sorry our cleanliness did not meet your specifications. We do try and keep the area free of clutter and clean as we know this is where most of the traffic from inside our dealership flows. As far as the size of the waiting room, there isn’t much I can do about that. I can give you some hope; we are in the process of finalizing plans to expand the dealership. 3) Car came back dirty: With our current shortage of space, it causes some other problems for us. With the extra time and space required to wash every car coming thru service it would limit our response time to other customers trying to get into our service department. Again the expansion of the building will create better opportunities to service our customers better. 4) No one came and there were no records offered: I will take this up with our service department. When the car is finished one of our service porters are to notify you immediately. I can assure you it is NOT the stores policy to have you check on your own car. I saw where the service in question was your first service on your Camry. Although one would assume that the vehicle did not need anything with only 5,000 miles, you do deserve to see that in writing. Don't forget that tire rotations are every 6 months and the oil changes are at 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 and so forth. We pick up the scheduled maintenance within the first 2years or 25k..... you also have 2 years of Roadside with the lease. Thanks again for your business.
