Car came back dirty from oil change: Sorry we disappointed you. With our current shortage of space, it causes some other problems for us. Our increase of service and sales retention has forced us to expand the dealership and will hopefully be taking place soon. With the extra time and space required to wash every car coming thru service, it would limit our response time to other customers trying to get into our service department. Again the expansion of the building will create better opportunities to service our customers. Again, Sorry that you are disappointed but hope you can understand our concern with getting those needing to get back to work in and out.

Hi Debra- I head up our internet team and saw your review come through. I looked up your 09 Matrix and see that it is over 85k so like all of our vehicles (mine included) does occasionally need some upkeep from time to time. Maintenance is very important on a vehicle to make them last and especially for breaks and tires to make them safe not only for you and your family but for other drivers. I see you have done consistant maintenance with us and we appreciate that. I spoke with our head service advisor and he informed me that when they found out the alternator was bad, WE OVERNIGHTED one at our expense to help you get back on the Road. It was ordered Thursday and came in Friday morning and as you stated we had you done by 10. Also in regards to the water pump, this was suggested as it appeared it was something that could go out and leak on you and with approaching the 100k mark as a tech noted during the inspection prior to it's install. I'm not sure if you have read any other reviews but we do our very best to be a very customer oriented family run store since 1969 and I want to make sure not to loose anyone via it on the sales or service end of our family here. Just so you know since sales and service retention is so high, we are in the process of an upcoming expansion... Please let me know if you have further concerns.
