Dear Valued Custer, If you recall, you came to us with an alignment issue and asked us to fix your car which was WAY out of alignment. We spent three hours getting your vehicle back into alignment. We suggested selling you tires, not a truck. We would prefer to align the vehicle with the tires that are going to be on the vehicle. It makes no sense to align the car, then have you go somewhere to have new tires put on, then have them double check the alignment again so your investment of new tires was not wasted. We did as you asked and deserved compensated. By the use of your colorful language we know you are upset and are truly sorry you do not see things the same way we do.
