JD is awesome my new van has been in twice for a noise we have been hearing. Both times your service center could not hear it. Last week when I was driving by, i my new van has been in twice for a noise we have been hearing. Both times your service center could not hear it. Last week when I was driving by, i heard the noise again. I pulled in and asked for someone to ride with me to hear it. I got JD to go with me. he was great! with no appointment he took the ride with me and after hearing it, offered to lift it up and see what was causing it. after about an hour with no luck, he scheduled me an appointment to ring it back... one whole day and still no answer. after the second day with no answer, i was in to pick up my van. as I was leaving I saw JD in the parking lot, he took the time to explain to me what they had and hadnt found. and the plan we were proceeding with form here. I am very grateful for some to take the time to first of all look with no appointment, second explain what was going on and answer all my questions. Thank you JD More

Great My sister and I were traveling from Champaign to Iowa City to visit friends at the University and one of our engine coils went out during the drive.. We tried to go to the dealership in Iowa City and they couldn't take us so we ended up having to drive to Cedar Rapids.
