I've known Kelly since my sister bought her 1st Corolla back in 2007. I've always wanted to purchase from CR Toyota, but all of the vehicles we have purchased in the past have been at other dealers. Our family only purchases Toyotas due to their reliability. My husband and I found a 4Runner last week with very low mileage on it at CR Toyota and, of course, contacted Kelly. He made the whole process so smooth, even with our trade in. He texted us after hours as well, helping us with everything so we were good to go with financing last Saturday when we could go in to sign papers. Kelly was just as cool as he was 14 years ago when I first met him. He had the vehicle all ready for us in the delivery bay, and he let our young children climb all over in it while we waited for the finance guy. The finance guy, Curt, was beyond wonderful. There are not enough nice words in this world to describe him. We are used to dealing with "all business" personalities when it comes to finance, but Curt was different. He treated our kids like family, and he was hilarious. We felt like we had known him for years as well. It's safe to say that we will only be going with Kelly at CR Toyota to purchase from now on (although we won't need to purchase for a long time). Thank you both, Kelly and Curt, for making our buying experience the smoothest and most laid back purchase we've ever had.
