Great to deal with, easy buying experience! I'm from the Cedar Rapids area and have dealt with Cedar Rapids Toyota before. I now live in St Louis and have family still in the Cedar Rapids area. When my mother in law called me to ask where to go to look for a vehicle we sent her to Cedar Rapids Toyota to deal with Alan. Her experience was great and she was able to get into a vehicle that she liked and is very excited about. In talking with her she was happy with how she was treated by Alan and the staff at Cedar Rapids Toyota. Most of them wonderful, a couple not so good, but they didn't last long and the trouble they caused was more than made up by management. I love the service I get. They are thorough, quick, and explain everything so I understand what they are doing. The newest person I worked with, Greg, did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable with what was going on with the car. It's so much easier to deal with facts when you know where things stand, than if someone gives you the runaround, even if you have to spend money to get things squared away. You can be secure in the fact that you KNOW your car has been treated like special child it is. Even prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but when you get the kind of service you expect, it's not so hard to pay. More
