Alan is fantastic salesman who really makes sure you understand how to use the features of your car, takes you on a great test drive to try out all different road types, and there was no hassle or shady salesman tactics.. He gave me a great deal, exactly what I wanted. Curt the finance guy was also amazing, after being told I was going to get the new grad discount and having it fall through he went above and beyond to get the payment back down to where I could afford. Their manager was also very kind and gave me extra money for my trade in to help even more. If you are looking for a good place to buy a car without the hassle and stress skip the rest and come here! After unfortunate experiences with dealerships in the area, my wife and I pulled in to CR Toyota and dealt with Spencer "T" Reed and Mike Leuenburger. Both of them were amazing and we felt like we were treated as if we knew them. We immediately felt at home and after a short hour negotiation, we had purchased a new car. I know this sounds made up, but it is not. We originally were shopping for Hondas at Randy Keuhl and we did not meet anyone or see any vehicles that impressed us at all. We felt at the end of our rope and Spencer T., Tim Steel and Mike L saved us from car buying depression.
