Both took as much time as needed to answer my questions. Tim was not high pressured and stayed close by as I wandered around looking at different options. He was knowledgeable with all styles. Curt was very efficient with the details on the financial end and only recommended what was needed and reasonable for me. Between Tim and Curt I was able to negotiate a deal that was satisfactory to me. More

Beautiful set up, optimum efficiency - didn't wait at all - got my RAV right in and completed the work while I waited in their modern facility where I enjoyed a nice piece fo Kathy's pie and had a cup of awesome coffee. He introduced himself and asked me about what I was looking for. I told him I was thinking of getting a 2017 Camry and we set up an appointment to meet the next morning. After we spoke he went out to the lot and sent me a picture of a Camry in the color, model, and features I wanted. When we met we test drive the car and afterward we went in to discuss finances. It was my fist time buying a car without my parents help and I do feel I got a fair price and was helped every step of the way! Bill helped me find the best financing option and everything was relatively quick and painless. I love my new Camry and definitely feel I made a good choice and got a good deal! More

10,000 Mile Service Hi. Spent 75 minutes in the shuttle for a 4pm pick-up back to the dealership. Need 2 drivers that time of day please. Then, at 5:20pm my car was not Hi. Spent 75 minutes in the shuttle for a 4pm pick-up back to the dealership. Need 2 drivers that time of day please. Then, at 5:20pm my car was not done (oil change and tire rotation at 10,000 mile plus a recall). Waited to locate a car for me to drive overnight. Kinda frustrating. Thank you. More

Routine Lube, Oil, Filter Change and Tire Rotation I was pleased with the overall service appointment. I was a little surprised that after the last few visits and noticing that some of the lug nut cap I was pleased with the overall service appointment. I was a little surprised that after the last few visits and noticing that some of the lug nut caps had fallen off that this time I was approached about it and charged $7.00 ea for new lug nuts. It's a minor expense/detail but just a little surprised. I'll definitely return for service in the future. More
