Kellie- Very sorry for the return back to the dealership. I have brought your concern to the Service manager and our Operations Manager on your behalf and we are looking at adding additional shuttle drivers during peak periods. I did a follow up with the service department from your visit and upon your return to the dealership the oil change and tire rotation was completed however the recall was running a little behind as 1 of our 2 Master Techs assigned to that specific recall was working. The service team told me that the recall was completed shortly after 530 so you did not have to have a loaner car. Please contact me directly if you have any further concerns...
