Took my car in for a brake job when they opened at 7 a.m. and they kept my car through closing. I pick up car and the brakes are squeaking which shows that they never bothered to take off the back wheels to and they kept my car through closing. I pick up car and the brakes are squeaking which shows that they never bothered to take off the back wheels to see if they could do the back brakes and also in the same instance told me that only the front needed to be changed. When I came back the next day they told me that it would cost me another hour of labor for them to take whatever was out of my back brake pads and fix what I initially came in for which was my brakes in general. You had me miss a whole days of work and pay for that day, literally the worst service experience I've ever had minus the advisor who seemed like the messenger bearing of bad news of the xxxxy tech's that are rushing through job after job after job. I will not be taking my car back there ever again. I had to go home and after waiting 2 days do everything myself. Thank you for ripping me off Reynolds Ford. Very pleased with our purchase of our Ranger. Johnny Bates did all that he could do to get a vehicle available for my spouse to check out. She has Parkinson's and had trouble getting into and out of our F-150. (Seat was just too high to get to) Once we knew that she could access the Ranger, we then picked out the model, color and trim.. Then we waited like all the others in our situation. In the meantime, Linda, in Finance, started the paperwork in motion. Once the truck arrived, Johnny called and let us know that we that we could come in and take delivery. We actually had to leave with the truck before it was detailed because I had to return home ASAP for my wife. Later, Johnny let us know that he could come out to our home, retrieve the truck, have it detailed and return it that same day..Good job, all..Will continue doing business with Reynolds..Thanks for working with us in our situation. More

Worst dealership experience ever. Was told my truck was ready to go. Flew into Oklahoma City, waited 1.5 hours to be picked up. Then the truck had issues. Had to wait 4 days to be told they wouldn’t sel ready to go. Flew into Oklahoma City, waited 1.5 hours to be picked up. Then the truck had issues. Had to wait 4 days to be told they wouldn’t sell it because engine was bad, even though I had a contract signed and had paid for the truck, they refused to fix it. Cost me $1000 and they have yet to reimburse all my expenses( and won’t), and no truck. Both finance people were as arrogant as I have ever met as I didn’t need financing. Terrible dealership. There are a million other places to spend your hard earned money. More
