Up until our most recent service visit, it was always great. This last visit was very disappointing. We called two times to get an update on our car, and were told that an advisor would check and get bac great. This last visit was very disappointing. We called two times to get an update on our car, and were told that an advisor would check and get back to us. This never happened. We finally stopped by the dealership to check for ourselves. Surprise, our car was ready! More

Overall a very pleasant experience. Just a simple oil change and tire rotation visit. My advisor was Robert who was super helpful.
