We visited this location over the weekend to look at new vehicles. I had spoken to Fernando over the phone the day before and he greeted us Saturday when we arrived. I was initially interested in the Acadia vehicles. I had spoken to Fernando over the phone the day before and he greeted us Saturday when we arrived. I was initially interested in the Acadia but after see then vehicle in person I decided it was not what I was looking for. Fernando took us to his office asked us some questions about what we were looking for and was able to find something on their lot for us to look at and test drive. We had our son with us so both my husband and I were able to drive the vehicle separately. After that Fernando began working on our trade in. He worked with his manager to get us the best deal possible. My husband was not easy to please but they never stopped trying to earn our business and after much back and forth between Fernando, the manager, and my husband we felt confident that we were getting the best possible deal. They gave us time to talk without feeling pressured. They were all very kind and understanding and I truly felt that they were working for us. Their financing team worked quickly and efficiently to get that end of the deal put together and overall this car buying experience was the best I’ve had so far.
