This was an excellent maintenance experience. My service representative, Stacy, was ready for my appointment. He got me checked in and entered into the system. He kept me advised of the progress My service representative, Stacy, was ready for my appointment. He got me checked in and entered into the system. He kept me advised of the progress of the work being done. When it was complete he called me to let me know it was ready. I went to the dealership and my vehicle was waiting for me. I took my car in to be looked at. Was told I needed oil pan gasket. I asked them to get it ready for me to pick up-their price was WAY to high and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. (Even Was told I needed oil pan gasket. I asked them to get it ready for me to pick up-their price was WAY to high and my warranty wouldn’t cover it. (Even with my warranty it would have cost over $500. I ended up paying $100 at another shop.) While I waited, they gave me an oil change, which I originally asked for, but then never approved. Why would they do that if it would just have to be drained? My agent lied to me when I asked him if they did it while I waited. I was there an hour and the sticker had the date on it. There’s more: when they brought my car to me, I found a woman’s debit card in the back seat. I called and left a msg for 2 different service managers to call me back but of course they did not. (She does not work there. I checked.) More
