It was horrible. Ive been dealing with getting my car fixed for four weeks now. They they said that they fixed it and I told them I wanted the works. Store manager and service I had a flat. As soon as I pulled into the dealership, service took my car straight back to find the problem. I had to order a tire, that would be the I had a flat. As soon as I pulled into the dealership, service took my car straight back to find the problem. I had to order a tire, that would be there in a couple of hours. Mike Dortch, the store manger, gave me a loaner vehicle so I could make it to work on time. Then he let me know a little while later that my car was ready. The service people were great. Mike Dortch is a great store manager! He went above and beyond, what any store manager would do! Thank you all so much for everything!! More
