My experience with the service staff has been excellent and an ongoing relationship with the sales staff, Eric Berkey in particular, has been established. Eric explained the concept of automobile lease vs. ownership in terms applicable to our situation so that we could properly evaluate our options. We bought the CONCEPT! After that the choice of product to fit the concept became an exhilarating experience. I need to add that at the outset a lease vs. ownership was a non starter. Eric found the way to turn my "negative" paradigm into a "positive" and closed the deal. That I consider "professionalism" and he is a valuable asset to the team of this dealership.
