Won't go back Got a flyer in the mail from Cavanaugh Hyundai of Hot Springs with some decent prices on new Hyundai's. Since my Honda Accord is about 15 years old a Got a flyer in the mail from Cavanaugh Hyundai of Hot Springs with some decent prices on new Hyundai's. Since my Honda Accord is about 15 years old and has 200K miles I went to take a look. I took the flyer with me and told the salesman I wanted to see the Elantra that was selling for the price in the flyer. He took me over to one and showed it to me and I asked him then and probably 3 or 4 more times about any add on prices such as dealer prep, handling charge, etc. He told me that was the flyer price was the drive it off the lot price. We went for a long test drive, his idea, not mine, but that was OK. I was ready to buy the car. When we went in his office and he asked me how I wanted to pay for the car. I told him the amount I would finance was dependent on the amount of interest his finance folks were going to charge me. He left the room for what I thought was to find out my finance charge, but when he came back he told me that because I wasn't a previous Hyundai owner I was going to have to pay an additional $500 on top of the flyer price. I couldn't believe it. I wasted an entire afternoon. Dishonest folks there at Cavanaugh Hyundai of Hot Springs. More
