There was an error with the on-line price, and we could not solve the issue on Friday. Monday morning, The General Manager called to apologize and explain what had happened and come to a mutual fair solution to the problem. When we arrived to close and pick up the SUV, we were met by the President/owner, the General Manager, the Finance Director and sales manager who all worked to make us feel so much better about the transaction and the dealership.
