Update: I spoke with a manager and they offered to repair a scratch when service took place, which I accepted. Getting everything serviced did take an extra day, but they also offered a loaner. The manager stated that they'll be looking into improving their systems and training, since the disconnect between sales and service isn't sustainable. It'll take some time to see systems improve, so I'll update more throughly if service next time is improved. Pickup and dropoff of the vehicle was quick and easy at least, even if delayed. Original review : Sales people are fine, service department is completely useless. I can understand why Ford is trying to get away from a dealership model. We've been trying for four months to get a scratched window replaced on a brand new Maverick we ordered. Twice it was a no call no show, third time truck was at the dealership an entire day and it turns out it was the wrong window. So we put it off until our first scheduled maintenance, which was misscheduled for a day the window couldn't be replaced, then rescheduled for two weeks later, and now I got a call where they told me to call another glass company because nowhere in their notes on the FOURTH attempt to replace this window was it noted as a warranty/on delivery issue. Ford Maverick is great, Cavalier Ford is worse than useless, go order from anyone else if you can, probably have better follow up and service from a rotten tree stump than from here. More
