Warranty items resolved I brought my car car in for service to take care of 3 items covered under CPO warranty. Parking brake was not releasing and sticking, rear door latch I brought my car car in for service to take care of 3 items covered under CPO warranty. Parking brake was not releasing and sticking, rear door latch not unlocking always, and AC was not blowing cold always. Issues was diagnosed, parts ordered and car repaired. Had a loaner car, my car was ready when promised. Follow up call to discuss any issues with service was appreciated. More

Matt and his team were very considerate, made sure that my vehicle was given priority because I was heading out of state on a road trip and even made sure I had a loaner or ride to and from work while my vehicle was being worked on.
