Pretty poor handling of Customer and no ownerships I handed the car at 9.30 am to Mr. John. He estimated around 2 hours. I call after 2.5 hours - No one can trace either John or my car. To add to my woes, someone stated that AC parts will come the next day. (I went just for an oil change). When I finally got a holf of John after 3.5 hours of ordeal, he apologized and said that the car would be ready in 30-40 mins. Overall, I spent more than 4 hours for a simple Oil change and a very tiny fix. Suggestions : 1. Please provide accurate estimates. 2. Have better processes in place so that CORRECT cars can be tracked while in service. It is a pity that no one can track my car after 3 trials over 1 hour, in this age. 3. Tell me one reason, why I wont go to Jiffy Lube next time? They do the same work in 15-20 mins. More
