Leonardo was showing some of the options and capabilities of the Tiguan. He was knowledgeable about the car, because when I asked a question he did not hesitate and answered right away. Later in the day, I returned to the dealership as I was looking at other brands and vehicles also. I had more specific questions for Leonardo regarding the Tiguan, like trim levels, options and colors. I also wanted to talk numbers. He was honest and told me how they do things at Fox Valley VW. No run around, no back and forth, no need to compete with other dealerships. Based on my research, the numbers he gave me were acceptable. I asked him if he had a certain trim, color (exterior and interior) on the lot. He checked. 5 minutes later it was parked outside. Of course there was no pressure from Leonardo, he told me I can think about it come back later in the week, etc. I took one more look a that the car and said "Let's do it!" Shook hands and then started the paper work. Now I'm the proud owner of a 2019 Tiguan in Habanero Orange. Leonardo (and the rest of the staff) at Fox Valley VW, made the entire car purchase and pleasant experience which I was already dreading to begin with. Thank You!! More

My review includes the initial sales process, financing to servicing over the last 2+ years. I have had some issues with the vehicle that have been promptly addressed and resolved. I have nothing but good things to say about all the people. The sales person follows up every time I see him and I’m in the facility even though the sale was over 2 years ago. The sales manager and general manager know me by name and are easy to talk with. The service manager and representative are very accommodating. The technician who works on my car provides feedback and helpful suggestions. The finance manager greets me every time I see him. They are willing to go the extra step and will do so as long as it’s a reasonable request. It is very refreshing to have this in this day and age. On my part I respect their time and understand I’m not the only client so I don’t try to make their jobs any harder. Overall excellent. More
