We went into the Fox Valley VW dealer and met with Sales consultant Todd Jones on several occasions. Each and every time we were treated like family. He made sure to explain everything to us in laymen’s terms and matched our excitement. We feel like we have known him for years. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We then met with the Finance Manager Fabrizio who also was very kind and patient to explain everything to us. He was not pushy to sell us packages we didn’t need. That means a lot! He even gave keychains to our kids! My family really enjoyed our experience and appreciated the wonderful staff at Fox Valley VW. We will be referring all our friends and family to make their next car purchase there! More
