I brought my wife in for a second visit and test drove the Passat Diesel and though I liked the car very much I just couldn't pull the trigger on a diesel purchase, but according to my research and test drive I still believe that it is an excellent car. Eventually I bought another Make of car. In my search I visited six different automobile dealers . Joe was by far the most pleasant, and knowledgeable salesperson that I interacted with. He genuinely was interested our satisfaction. The dealership should be happy to have him as an employee. I wish him well. More

Fast, friendly and excellent experience!! Went there on a Tuesday evening to look at a Dodge Minivan they had for sale. Matt was great to work with. The price was too low for us to finance so he took it upon himself to recommend a newer model that we might get financing approved for. Well... We did! He called me throughout the next day keeping me updated of status and told us we were approved. We came in, looked at his recommended model, took it for a test drive and BAM! left the lot with our new 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. We couldn't be happier and everything took place within 24 hours. When I went to the PUGI Volkswagen dealership in Downers Grove, I was immediately attended to and treated like family. Being a first time buyer, and a recent college graduate, Liz was very understanding about finding a car that was affordable along with figuring out the best possible options to make a car more affordable. She was able to recommend the 2013 VW Passat with its bigger size and better options on the basic model compared to the others. Since I was a recent college graduate, Liz was able to use a college credit to help with the price of the car along with being very open to working with me to make the best deal for her and I possible. I have been a proud owner of a Passat for the last year and couldn't be happier. Given that this was my first experience buying a car I can't really compare with past experiences, however comparing my experience to those of my friends at other dealerships, the customer service at PUGI is unparalleled. From bringing my car in for it's checkups and oil changes, they genuinely seem to care about you and your car. Overall this was the best experience I could have asked for and I have referred multiple friends and co-workers to PUGI who were in the market for a new car. More

I had the most pleasant experience at Pugi Volkswagen on Jan. 25th. I had previously purchased a 2009 Jetta TDI there (new) and was looking to trade it in for a new Jetta because of the low mileage I still Jan. 25th. Lizzie helped make the experience both fun and professional with her insights into the benefits of trading up. She strived the whole time to keep the deal well within my budget and she did exactly that. She was very helpful during the test drive and made it very easy for me to make my decision. I thank her for that and I also want to give a nice thank you to Raluca who took the time to get me the best possible financing and to explain my warranty coverages. Now I have a new car that is fun to drive and has new features that I didn't have before. I just took it into Pugi Service yesterday for the complementary one month inspection double check. I have been a customer at this dealership since 2009 and have always found everyone on the staff to be friendly, helpful and genuinely concerned about taking care of my vehicle, which just makes the whole experience so pleasant. I had been looking at a Landcruiser or Lexus LX for awhile. I found several but wanted to make sure that the maintenance had been done on it. He called a few days later to let us know it had. They also were willing to negotiate price. We went into test drive the car and Matt too care of us. No pressure and explained things. The next day we went in and got great financing even though the car was over ten years old. It was a great and hassle free experience. More

I bought a Tiguan from Mike Sarovich and the experience was very pleasant. I came in late on a Thursday night and Mike greeted me with patience. Before I left, Mike went through the controls and highlights of the vehicle again. The whole experience was very smooth and professional.
