Recently purchased a new 2012 Sportwagen. Matt Hines was terrific to work with. The shopping experience was low pressure, fair, and respectful of my time. Tried to con me into a $2700 repair, I refused the service and they charged me $70 for running the codes. Another mechanic checked the codes, turned out in fact it was just a sensor that needed to be service and they charged me $70 for running the codes. I contacted them to demand a refund based on the fact that they charged me to lie to me, they told me I had no evidence (I do) and I could do nothing about it. I filed a complaint with VW and they said there was nothing they could do about it if the dealership refused to cooperate. More
