I came in for my 10,000 mi service appointment which I was told I could get done on my lunch hour. I sat in the waiting room with three magazines wondering if I'd get back to work on time. I finished was told I could get done on my lunch hour. I sat in the waiting room with three magazines wondering if I'd get back to work on time. I finished one magazine and just started another when I heard my name being called that my vehicle was serviced washed and ready to go another 10,000 miles. Thank you for being very true to your word. 35 minutes later I was on the road and back to work on time. Yeh Pugi! More

I was extremely satisfied with my car shopping experience at Pugi Volkswagon in Downers Grove! I started my search at Autobarn in Countryside and was very dissapointed. The salesman took his time calling me at Pugi Volkswagon in Downers Grove! I started my search at Autobarn in Countryside and was very dissapointed. The salesman took his time calling me back and by the time he got back to me the car I wanted was no longer available. I called to complain to the manager and was never called back. I took my search to Pugi and spoke with Mike. He responded immediately and found the exact car I wanted in record time! He let me borrow a car since my other car had sold until my VW was ready to take home. He even picked me up at home to get loaner on his day off. He was extremely honest and stuck to the price i requested to the dollar! So refreshing to work with such an honest and kind salesperson! I returned to get my free carwash and he checked in with me to see how I was liking my car. I would recommend this dealership and especially Mike to anyone interested in buying a Volkswagon! I am a very happy customer and will return to Pugi to buy my next car in the future! Thank you Mike and thank you Pugi for making my car shopping experience so easy! More

We came in to purchase a new car, Andre was our sales person and was very kind and helpful. We purchased a vehicle at a fair price to both parties. The only complaint would be the length of time the enti person and was very kind and helpful. We purchased a vehicle at a fair price to both parties. Wow! I can't believe the great reviews. When we walked in this dealership Andre was sitting at the reception desk in front. He did not get up to greet us and did not act at all interested in helping us. He w this dealership Andre was sitting at the reception desk in front. On the current lease deals for a Jetta and he told us to look on the Internet! What? He then said we could go over and look at the Jetta on the showroom floor. He still did not get up from the computer. Finally he reluctantly looked on the computer to find out what the lease deals were being advertised, but my question is...shouldnt he know and be trying to help us get the best deal? Finally we did go to test drive a new Jetta, and he apparently did not know much about the car as it would not accelerate over 25 miles an hour! Either something was wrong with the vehicle, or there was some other reason it wasn't accelerating, but he had no clue. We stopped to put in gas because he thought it may be that. When we got back to the dealership, we left, because we had wasted too much time already. There were no apologies, nothing. A manager has not even responded to the contact us form I filled out to complain. Horrible experience! Will not go there again or recommend to anyone. They must not need sales. (and by the way we did lease a vehicle from another dealership that day and the deal we got was better than what we would have gotten there and they treated us like valued customers) More
