so far no good. With an appointment made a few days prior, the service center hasn't gotten to my car for 1/2 the day already. When asked if a loaner car could be given, they told us not unless they d prior, the service center hasn't gotten to my car for 1/2 the day already. When asked if a loaner car could be given, they told us not unless they determine they cannot fix the car same day. Well we brought it in for air conditioning compressor and etc...If they haven't even evaluated the car with an appointment in 5 hours, how in the world do they know if they can fix the car same day. Service still hasn't called us. They should simply be like the old days and take care of the customer. Loaner cars were part of the "service" at a dealership...perhaps not for an old change, but for a bigger job. I am not impressed with this customer service thus far. More

Horrible experience. Save your time and dignity and don't visit this dealership. Bill the sales manager was fine but then I was handed off to a salesman that LITERALLY told me "I don't care if we make this d visit this dealership. Bill the sales manager was fine but then I was handed off to a salesman that LITERALLY told me "I don't care if we make this deal, we've sold like 7 cars today." I was asking for $5 dollars less a month on the payment. Yes 5. This salesman is the reason why there's a stereotype about car dealers. More
