Wanted to buy in the neighborhood, but could not because of the high-pressured sales tactics. We also got high-priced offers on cars that were not equipped with what we wanted. I normally keep negative comm of the high-pressured sales tactics. We also got high-priced offers on cars that were not equipped with what we wanted. I normally keep negative comments to myself, but after the salesman yelled at me on the phone for not giving him a chance---I have to. We had specific options we need in a car. Other dealers listened to our needs and filled them with car options at great prices. Kyle offered nothing. Just kept asking for $500 committment to start working with us! Got past that, he brought in a car for us to look at. We had an appointment, but he was busy when we came in for the appointment. We waited, told him we were interested in the car and he was to call us back. He called back a few days later and had nothing to say! He didn't even remember what we talked about. Also, each time you call the Dealer, you get bounced around on the phone. This used to be a decent dealership. I had brought 3 cars there over the year. I could have brought 2 cars there just this month, but had to go elsewhere for service and fair pricing. More
My experience at Pugi Volkwagon was excellent. We were approached immediately but without the typical sales pitch. Andre understood that my first visit was a"test drive" day only. I was not leaving with approached immediately but without the typical sales pitch. Andre understood that my first visit was a"test drive" day only. I was not leaving with a car as I was not sure what brand I wanted. After a long fought negotiation the following day, we agreed on a price and I left extremely happy. I would recommend this dealership to my family/ friends and I will be back when the time comes. More

I want to start out by saying that this is the 2nd new car we have bought from Pugi. The first experience was wonderful. Both my husband and I were sick the day it came in, and the salesman took the time car we have bought from Pugi. The first experience was wonderful. Both my husband and I were sick the day it came in, and the salesman took the time to drive it to our house. We were very happy with him. However, the experience we had with the 2nd car was horrible. It took 6 hours to negotiate the price of the trade in and the purchase of the new car. Then we had to come back and actually buy the car which took another 2 hours. The salesman would leave for a long time while he checked with his boss. He gave us loan rates; one at 0% for 48 months and one at 0% for 60 months. He called and left a message a few days before the delivery date to confirm the time and date of the delivery. When I called him back, I questioned him about the loan rates - while I was on the phone he questioned Sam and I heard Sam Lotta say it was 0% for 60 months. When we arrived to take delivery and were going over the business end of it with Mike Kabak the loan rate was then offered at 0% for 2 months and then would increase to 2.9%. We talked to Sam, Kyle Behringer and Mike and insisted that they keep it at 0% for 60, we would not tolerate the change in the rates. When we got home and were going through the papers we found out that there was no information on the Mechanical Failure Service Contract we purchased except for the term, mileage, coverage selected and deductible selected. There was no VIN, no dealer information, no Service Contract Holder Information. In other words, we had no proof that we had actually purchased the contract. Then I contacted my insurance agent to report a new car he asked for the name of the credit company. I looked for the installment agreement and could not find it. I called the following week and talked to Mike to request a copy of the installment contract and inform him of the missing papers. I requested that he send me copies of everything because I didn't know what else we were missing. The only things he mailed were the service contract and the installment contract. When I filed them away, I found the original installment contract and was very dismayed. The original one had the rate at 0% for 60 months and has our signature on it, the "copy" has a loan rate of 0.4% for 60 months and has no signature on it. Now we are wondering what our payment is going to be. Is VW credit going to honor the legal contract with the signatures or the illegal ones without the signatures? If they honor the illegal contract, we will contact our lawyer. I have been involved in the purchasing of about 15 new cars and I must say that I have never been treated so badly at a car dealer before. More

Andre was great to work with, minimum xx, got a good price. Only dissatisfaction was the time it took to prep the car once the deal was done. If they had prepped it while we were doing paperwork we cou price. Only dissatisfaction was the time it took to prep the car once the deal was done. If they had prepped it while we were doing paperwork we could have been on our way. Otherwise, unexpectedly good experience. More
I was specific on what vehicle I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Andre brought this to the front office and a deal we could both live with was made in a very timely manner. The dealership was te willing to pay. Andre brought this to the front office and a deal we could both live with was made in a very timely manner. The dealership was tentative to my request and rewarded my great credit and military service with a rate direct from Volkswagen, 4.9%, on a Jetta. I have already recommended this dealership to two friends who were envious of my new ride. More
After finding the car online I had great first impression of Andre. He was very friendly, informative and was accommodating. Took the car for a test drive, he let me take it home to show my wife.
