I saw the car i've wanted forever on cars.com but it was in chicago and I am in Michigan, so I e-mailed about Pugi dealership about it. I took a bus to Chicago, then a train to the stop in Downers Grove where the sales guy Ahmad picked me up and took me to the dealership. He was very nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable while waiting for the financial person. After test driving the car and signing for it I drove it home to Michigan. Everyone I worked with there was very personable, helpful and friendly. I would recommend buying a car from them any time! More

I was looking to trade in my 2009 VW Passat on which I had significant negative equity, for a new 2013 VW Passat on lease. I went to PUGI after getting two quotes from other VW dealers in the Chicagoland had significant negative equity, for a new 2013 VW Passat on lease. I went to PUGI after getting two quotes from other VW dealers in the Chicagoland area. Andre told me over the phone itself that if i had other quotes, he would better it. And when i went there, he actually bettered it significantly for me. Overall, i had a wonderful experience buying from them. Andre was especially patient in the process, even with our indecisiveness on which color to finally choose. Sam, the manager worked on my behalf to push for a higher credit category than what VW Credit originally approved me for, which benefited me significantly as well. Adam (Finance) was extremely straight forward and uncomplicated about the paper signing process and it went a lot smoother and faster than my earlier experiences. All in all, a great experience with PUGI, I got what i wanted and would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy a VW. More

Was looking for a nice used car and found an 09 Jetta SE with only 17,000 miles on it! Called to ask if they still had the car there and got Andre on the line and he said that they sold one but had another with only 17,000 miles on it! When we got to the dealership we waited a couple minutes for Andre, because he was busy helping out some other car buyers. All in all Pugi is a great dealership and very helpful and reasonable. I like this dealership because they exceeded my expectations!!! I bought the new cc 2013 the executive model, and even though they didn’t have the color that I preferred…they found just the one tha expectations!!!
