Went in to Pugi to shop for a Jetta or Jetta Sportwagen, was fairly set on a TDI model. Ended up with a TDI sedan premium/Nav. Was at Pugi 3 times: once to do initial shopping, second time to make final d was fairly set on a TDI model. Ended up with a TDI sedan premium/Nav. Was at Pugi 3 times: once to do initial shopping, second time to make final decision and put a deposit down, and a third time to pick up the car (Pugi did not have the exact interior/exterior color combo we wanted in stock, but had cars with all the different options we were choosing between so we were able to make our decision). Worked with Andre all three times and spoke with Sam (Sales Manager) a couple of times on the phone. Andre was very helpful and patient as we compared several different options and trim levels. Not pushy at all, seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the best option for us. I really appreciated this since we were undecided going in and I walked away feeling comfortable with the car we choose as a result of having time and information to make a decision. Price was good, settled on true market value according to Edmunds with very little hanging back and forth. As I mentioned, Pugi had to get the exact car we wanted from another dealer. There was a little hiccup with getting the car that I'll mention here because I think it demonstrates the high quality customer service that Pugi provided. The first car they brought in had a few dealer add ons from another dealer that we didn't want (pinstripes, rubber trim around the wheel wells). We did not explicitly say that we didn't want these when we ordered the car, but assumed that the car would not have them. I reached out to Sam when I became aware of this (Since Andre was off that day) and explained that we didn't want the add ons and that we would be most comfortable with a different car. He was understanding of the situation and agreed to find a different car without giving me any trouble. They tracked down another car and had it ready for us to come pick up by the next day. Overall was very pleased with our experience with Pugi, I would (and have already) recommend them to others. More
