I honestly never write reviews and was more than willing to write a review for Pugi. I contacted the dealer to see what offers or incentives they had going on because I had terrible luck with the Bill Jacob to write a review for Pugi. Andre Jennings contacted me right away and I made an appointment to see him on a Saturday and I actually came in on Friday because I was so eager to purchase a new vehicle. Although Andre was busy with customers (which I understood since I showed up unannounced), he was still able to accommodate me and helped me out that night as well. Andre really made me feel confident about my purchase, which made him really stand out to me. This is my fifth time buying a car and he was the first salesmen that I actually enjoyed working with and could honestly recommend to a friend or family member. Andre got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The whole experience was great. I would have to say the finance lady was a bit pushy on trying to sell a warranty, however Andre's work made me look past that and I could honestly say I would return to Pugi after my lease is up to purchase another VW! More

Just bought a new VW from Pugi and it was quite the experience. We had done our homework, knew exactly what we wanted and what it was worth before we ever spoke to someone from the dealership. He was low pressure, gave a fair price, and worked with us when we found a better deal. The lady in the finance office was a nightmare. She basically bashed the car we just bought and said that it could break down at any time. She instilled fear and buyers-remorse in my wife before we even had the keys to the car! She put so much pressure on a warranty that my wife nearly started to cry. She really ruined the whole experience for us. We loved Rey, but cannot recommend Pugi because of their practices trying to sell a warranty. More

When I arrived at Pugi the first thing I noticed was the newly remodeled showroom, and wow it was beautiful. I was greater promptly by Nick who did a wonderful job.
