Service is very poor I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), dif I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), difficult to get a reply to a phone call, can't get an appointment for at least a week away, just for a simple oil change. This is a continuing issue with this dealership. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, definitely would not recommend them to anyone. More
Part needed is no longer available. I can't explain how upset I am because the part I need for my jeep door is no longer being made. I have never heard of this before. I was told to go to a scrap yard and look for the part. Would you call this poor service? I can't imagine that this part can't be located somewhere in the area. This part, left rear lock actuator, does not allow me to open my back passenger door. This is very dangerous since I transport my grandchildren around. I can no longer take them in my car. I hope you can understand my frustration. I have been taking my Jeep to this dealer for 12 years for maintenance and repair and this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. This problem needs to be taken care of by you..... More

We felt like the transaction was handles with a lot of integrity and genuine interest in our needs. Of course, no one is ever happy with the price of a new car...but we feel like we were treated fairly. Will recommend to others. More

Had a recurring problem that Paul (service manager) said was being studied by the engineers at Jeep as has started to become a fleet wide issue. I appreciated knowing that and am content to wait for a long-term fix to the problem. Great work by all the folks at Medved and special kudos to Paul! More

To many times we would go into a dealer and multiple people approach you before you can even get out of your car which is a complete automatic No I am not buying today.
