Service is very poor I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), dif I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), difficult to get a reply to a phone call, can't get an appointment for at least a week away, just for a simple oil change. This is a continuing issue with this dealership. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, definitely would not recommend them to anyone. More

I was told to go to a scrap yard and look for the part. Would you call this poor service? I can't imagine that this part can't be located somewhere in the area. This part, left rear lock actuator, does not allow me to open my back passenger door. This is very dangerous since I transport my grandchildren around. I can no longer take them in my car. I hope you can understand my frustration. I have been taking my Jeep to this dealer for 12 years for maintenance and repair and this is the first time I have been truly disappointed.
