My husband needed a REAL winter car and since I had a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has gotten me through 11 Colorado winters, I suggested a Jeep (his first). A girlfriend told me about her great experiences with Medved so I suggested MedVed Jeep in Castle Rock. We met Ray who had amazing patience with us as my husband asked many questions, and Ray had all the answers! He finally decided on a new 2012 Wrangler and Ray found us the car, in the color we wanted and with all the options my husband wanted, at another local dealership. We spent a long time with Ray that day-he's the most patient sales person we've ever met! Fast forward a little over a year and my 2003 Jeep needed a new transmission, so "she" ended up at MedVed for the service. While there, I suggested we go say Hi to Ray & Drew. While there of course we looked at a new Cherokee since mine was 11 years old - the longest I ever kept a car! Long story made short, Ray worked his magic again and found me the red 2014 Cherokee I decided I wanted and with all the options my husband wanted! I LOVE THE HEATED STEERING WHEEL and the car rides smoothly, has great pickup and I think our neighbor will soon buy one from Ray! During this process I started comparing my 1st Jeep purchase back in 1990: the sales man totally ignored me and only talked to the man I had with me so i would't be 'over sold'. Ladies, if you want a Jeep, you can feel comfortable dealing with Ray and Drew! They'll treat you as an equal, answer ALL your questions and never pressure you! i recommended this team to a girlfriend who is very happy with the whole car-buying experience and loves her 4 door Wrangler from Ray & MedVed. And my neighbor is seriously planning on driving over to see Ray soon! More

I went in to the Medved on Thurs. to get my oil changed on my 2006 Dodge Dakota, and I wanted to see what the new Dakota's looked like. The gentleman (Otis) who asked if I needed assistance informed me th on my 2006 Dodge Dakota, and I wanted to see what the new Dakota's looked like. The gentleman (Otis) who asked if I needed assistance informed me that they no longer make Dakota's and explained to me why, I was shocked to find out the new 1500 trucks were almost as light as my Dakota and the MPG were close to the same, to say the least I didn't believe him, so he showed me. He was so informative, and really knew his trucks. He was not pushy, nor the "typical car salesman". He taught and showed me the differences between the types of trucks in the 1500 series between the crew cab and the quad cab, showed me all the different options and all the "cool" things. His patience and knowledge of the trucks was outstanding. I am a women who has driven trucks most of my life, and also tow one behind an RV. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was looking at these trucks with Otis, not once did he talk down to me or make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I left after getting my oil changed and by the time I got home I was so impressed and had such a good experience, when I told my family about it, we all decided to go back on Sat. to drive one. So we went back in on Sat. and drove both a Ram 1500 V6 & a V8, they both drove GREAT, my Dakota was a V8 so I thought I was used to that "power" ....wrong!! WOW how cool. Once again Otis was just amazing explaining things to me and all of us, with 3 women I thought that was pretty Great!! We got back to the dealership, and I thought OH yuck here we go...... I was upfront with him and told him I wasn't really ready to buy, I just wanted to see what the costs were, and I had contacts with Christopher Dodge and Automotive Avenues, and I wanted to check with them, but I was curious what they would give me for my Dakota so we could decide if it was really worth trading in and getting a new truck. So I told him to run the "numbers". Well by 2:00 my Mom, my partner and I were starving so after he gave us the numbers I told Otis we had to go get something to eat. He responded with a "no problem" attitude, and again he was NOT pushy or made us feel like we had to make a decision right now, to be honest I was shocked. We all went to lunch then went home and then went home and I just had to call Automotive Avenues, I gave them the exact details of the truck I was looking at they asked me some questions which I wasn't sure of so I said I would call them back. I KNOW this is a bit long but "our" experience there was so different and exceptional of any car purchase we had made in the past I just have to tell it all. So I called Medved back at about 4pm Sat. and asked for Otis but I ended up getting a answer machine, I left a message for Ostis and explained who I was. Well now enters Steve Sigler into the picture, Otis was busy, so Steve called me back right away. He answered my questions honestly and right to the point. I was shocked that on several instances they beat out Automotive Avenues. We were so excited, we jumped in the Dakota and also took my Mom's Camry in to trade in on this Beautiful Dodge Ram 1500 V8 truck. I'll tell you what the paperwork is the worst part and we were not looking forward to this, but Steve, Otis, and Jennifer made the "yucky part" so much more bearable, and pleasant, that we actually had fun. We are now the proud new owners of a Dodge Ram 1500, and we ALL feel like we have also made friends in the process, and it didn't just stop there they went beyond and above getting some additional additions like the running boards on ASAP so my 85 yr old Mom could get in the truck much easier, as she will also be a primary driver on this truck. It was absolutely the Best Car Buying experience I have ever been through. Thanks to Otis and Steve I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends, and anyone else for that matter. Best price plus great people that follow through. I bought this Jeep basically over the phone, but when I showed up they more than met my expectations. From the start on the internet, Ronnie Rawdon quickly quoted descriptions and prices for the car I was looking for and responded in a timely fashion to additional questions I had. He was pleasant in every way, professional in every way. I decided the car was indeed the one I would purchase, not just because of the car and price, but because the sales people were low-key sales, high on customer service, no pressure, just wanted to help me get the right car for the price I was looking to pay. This was the most pleasant car shopping and purchase experience I have ever had! I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my lifetime, all of them Chrysler products. I am not particularly loyal to the brand, but I have always been pleased (minus one experience in the 1970's when most cars made in USA were poorly made) with the vehicles I bought.
