The entire rest of the staff, including Lexi, Dutch, Kevin and Dennis are: - The WORST: Dutch ("Sr Finance Mgr") is a misogynistic jerk who spent 10 mins+ being recorded by me while he asked why I would send a "scathing" email, and why did I want to make him "look like such a bad person?". The email I sent was 1, DEFINITELY NOT scathing (I can DO scathing and that wasn't it at all) and 2, only referenced Dutch in regards to a statement made by 3 employees about taking delivery of my new truck. The statement in no way contained a positive or negative connotation of him. I CAN tell you that Dutch gives off the vibe of being part of the "Old Boys Club" mindset. Called their Finance person (Lexi, Finance Specialist) "the girl" on more than twice in our conversations. - Self-important: the manager on duty, Kevin, couldn't stop by for 3 seconds on his numerous trips past our table in the showroom to say thanks for stopping by and PAYING $40,000 cash for a truck, but COULD take the time.to offer a flippant, rude answer to my adult daughter when she had a question for him about buying a specific used car from their autoplex dealership. Yhen, he LOCKED US IN TO THEIR LOT after the sale at about 8:00 pm. Had to literally wait an hour for him to return to let us out. - Untrustworthy: Lexi added in to their paperwork being submitted to our Credit Union, almost $10,000 in extra warranty packages that I had SPECIFICALLY told her NOT to, as I had the cash to oay out of pocket the next day IF I wanted any of them. I told her that I wanted to review them carefully THEN make a decision on which ones I wanted, IF ANY. Luckily the way things worked out, I was able to put a halt on that version of the ppwk and get the original, SIGNED FOR pricing submitted to the credit union. I would not have known about her 'additions' if a mistake in another part of the ppwk forced the dealership to email me a copy of everything... I was NOT given a copy of anything other than the general customer information sheet and the CarFax report. *I did opt for Gap Insurance and a P & L warranty FROM OUR CREDIT UNION; the pricing beat the dealership's offering by more than 60% on the price of the P & L WARRANTY and was for twice as long time-wise, and beat our insurance guy on the Gap insurance by half. - Lackadaisical: At NO POINT in all these shenanigans did the General Mgr Dennis call me or my husband to apologize for ANYTHING, such as me, my daughter and 2 young grandkids being locked into their lot, but especially for Dutch being the upmost obnoxious person I've had to deal with in the past 25+ years. More

José the general manager was absolutely amazing as well. He was quick and always made me feel like I was his number one priority. I traded in my ‘06 Cherokee and left in love with a ‘22 Compass. When it’s time to upgrade my Jeep again, I will definitely be back. More

I was trying to order a new truck. Originally John was responsive, it took a few hours to get each question answered, but then I didn't hear from him for several days. When I finally heard back he said h responsive, it took a few hours to get each question answered, but then I didn't hear from him for several days. When I finally heard back he said he was out of the office for 2 days. I have no issue with that, my frustration is that I told him I was looking to quickly order this truck, and the last response I got was that he would get back to me. The communications and expectation settings were poor, I would not recommend doing business with John Cook. More

The salesman, Josh, was extremely helpful, went to the rail yard to pick up the vehicle so it would be there when I arrived from the East Coast, and also picked me up from the airport. Lexi in finance couldn't have made the process any easier. Sent all the paperwork overnight so I could have everything done before my arrival and be on my way. Could not ask for a better experience.
